Return & Refund Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 30 days to either exchange or return the items for a refund. We pride ourselves in the relative ease of our return process but have a few small requirements.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover return shipping expenses unless the reason for return is our fault.
Returns generally take 3-5 business days to process after receiving the product.

If the item is returned, and any sterile item has been tampered with or damaged, no refund will be given.
In order to receive a full refund, sterile items including ink bottles cannot be opened or tampered with.
If the item had been returned to Single Needle Ltd due to an incorrect delivery address, a failed collection, or a inaccessible delivery address, the cost of delivery will not be refunded. If you wish for the item to be re-send, a re-delivery fee will occur.

Delays and Refunds
*All shipping times exclude customs delays.
If your order has arrived and it is no longer wanted, please return it in new condition for a refund. Returns can be arranged by emailing email@example.com for further details.
Refunds will only be given for damaged items, or items that have not been delivered where the delivery address is correct. Please note, we will not refund items if you fail to pay necessary taxes and the item is subsequently lost.
Delayed order policy:
- If your order is delayed +5 days or more (see above for expected delivery times) please get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org
In the event of a replacement item not arriving, proof of postage will be provided and the refund will be at the digression of Single Needle Ltd.
Non-tracked postage is an uninsured delivery service and won’t have tracking information.Tracked postage means the package is tracked through to delivery.
We are not responsible for delayed or lost orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses.
Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of Duty & VAT, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, please email email@example.com
