Refund policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 30 days to either exchange or return the items for a full refund. We pride ourselves in the relative ease of our return process but have a few small requirements.

In order to receive a full refund, ink bottles cannot be opened or tampered with. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover return shipping expenses unless the reason for return is our fault. Returns generally take 3-5 business days to process after receiving the product.

If the item is returned, and any sterile item has been tampered with or damaged, no refund will be given.
