Delivery Information

Due to Covid-19 it may take up to 5 working days to dispatch your order & delivery delays are likely to occur. Please see the expected delivery times below. Thank you for your patience.

 

Orders ship Monday to Friday each week & all orders ship within 24 working hours of purchase. 

We offer free Royal Mail standard shipping for all UK orders.

Working days are Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm (GMT) not including bank holidays or UK national holidays.

Delays 

If your order has arrived no refund or replacement will be given unless there is damage. Please email contact@singleneedletattookit.com for further details.

For non-tracked items:

  • If your order is delayed +5 days or more (see above for expected delivery times), a refund or replacement item will be offered.

 For tracked items: 

Please see your tracking number for further information. This is also available upon request - contact@singleneedletattookit.com 

Re-delivery

If an order is returned in new condition as it is no longer required, a refund will be issued minus the initial cost of delivery. If an order is returned due to an incorrect delivery address, or the item is not called for, a re-delivery fee will occur. 

Further Info

In the event of a replacement item not arriving, proof of postage will be provided and the refund will be at the digression of Single Needle Ltd. 

Non-tracked postage is an uninsured delivery service and won’t have tracking information.Tracked postage means the package is tracked through to delivery.

Single Needle does not take responsibility for any non-tracked international parcels that go missing. Use of non-traceable shipping is at customer’s own risk and there is no way to retrieve or locate the package once it has been sent. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses.

Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of Duty & VAT, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, please email contact@singleneedletattookit.com to arrange re-delivery. Please note, customers requiring re-delivery will be liable to pay postage costs (unless Single Needle Ltd are at fault). 

Single Needle will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however if non-tracked standard shipping is selected, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier.

Taxes, Duties and/or VAT

There may be Taxes, Duties and/or VAT applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by Single Needle. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office.
