Return & Refund Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 30 days to either exchange or return the items for a refund. We pride ourselves in the relative ease of our return process but have a few small requirements.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover return shipping expenses unless the reason for return is our fault.
Returns generally take 3-5 business days to process after receiving the product.

If the item is returned, and any sterile item has been tampered with or damaged, no refund will be given.
In order to receive a full refund, sterile items including ink bottles cannot be opened or tampered with.
If the item had been returned to Single Needle Ltd due to an incorrect delivery address, a failed collection, or a inaccessible delivery address, the cost of delivery will not be refunded. If you wish for the item to be re-send, a re-delivery fee will occur. Please see below for re-delivery charges:

If your order has arrived no refund or replacement will be given unless there is damage. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
- If your order is delayed +2 days or more (see above for expected delivery times), a replacement item will be offered.
- If your order is delayed +5 days or more (see above for expected delivery times), a refund (or) replacement item will be offered.
In the event of a replacement item not arriving, proof of postage will be provided and the refund will be at the digression of Single Needle Ltd.
Non-tracked postage is an uninsured delivery service and won’t have tracking information.Tracked postage means the package is tracked through to delivery.
Single Needle does not take responsibility for any non-tracked international parcels that go missing. Use of non-traceable shipping is at customer’s own risk and there is no way to retrieve or locate the package once it has been sent. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses.
Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of Duty & VAT, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, please email email@example.com to arrange re-delivery. Please note, customers requiring re-delivery will be liable to pay postage costs (unless Single Needle Ltd are at fault).
Single Needle will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however if non-tracked standard shipping is selected, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier.
